使用方法:

✔️局部涂抹法: 取适量的舒缓打嗝油,涂抹于上腹部(胃部区域)。使用指尖轻轻按压,并以顺时针方向打圈按摩5-10分钟,以帮助放松胃部肌肉,促进气体排出

✔️吸入法: 将几滴舒缓打嗝油滴在纸巾或手帕上,或者直接滴在手心,双手合拢轻轻靠近鼻子,深呼吸几次。通过吸入油的香气,可以有效缓解消化不良引起的打嗝

✔️热敷法: 将舒缓打嗝油涂抹于上腹部后,用温热毛巾敷在涂抹部位约10-15分钟,以增强舒缓效果,缓解打嗝和胃部不适

✔️泡澡法: 在温水中滴入几滴舒缓打嗝油进行泡澡。通过全身放松,帮助消化系统放松,缓解因压力或紧张引起的打嗝​

Usage :
